Pure beef tallow, clarified and filtered, solid at room temperature and with a high smoke point. We choose this traditional cooking fat because it enhances the natural flavor of our ingredients, creates a beautiful golden crust and keeps every bite juicy and balanced. Its high smoke point allows for more stable cooking temperatures, preventing burnt flavors or artificial processing.
